Cass Township is one of nine townships in Sullivan County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 1,932.

Cass Township covers an area of about 39.5 square miles and contains one incorporated settlement, Dugger. According to the USGS, it contains five cemeteries: Burris, Clayton Cemeteries (historical), Deckard, Dugger and Houck.
