Sergei Tumansky

Sergei Konstantinovich Tumansky (Russian: Сергей Константинович Туманский) (b. 21 May, 1901, in Minsk, d. 9 September, 1973, in Moscow) was a designer of Soviet aircraft engines and the chief designer in the Tumansky OKB.
