Philip John Noel-Baker (Londra, 1 novembre 1889 – Londra, 8 ottobre 1982) è stato un politico, diplomatico e accademico britannico. È stato un atleta amatoriale di ottimo livello vincendo un argento nei 1500 metri alle Olimpiadi del 1920 che, grazie al suo impegno in favore del disarmo mondiale, ricevette nel 1959 il Premio Nobel per la Pace.
