Founded in 2005 by a group of internet bloggers critical or skeptical of capitalism, The UnCapitalist Journal is a blog collective offering an alternative to mainstream media news. Contributors and readers have multiple avenues in which to actively participate. The site includes regular content posted by the editors, as well as interactive community forums, a regularly updated news wire a weekly blog carnival that continually introduces you to new community members and writers.
The key figure behind The UnCapitalist Journal is Charles Norman Todd, a philosophy Ph.D. candidate at the University of Chicago.
