UFC 45: Revolution was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on 21 November 2003, at the Mohegan Sun Casino in Uncasville, Connecticut. The event was broadcast live on pay-per-view in the United States, and later released on DVD.
This event marked the 10th anniversary of the UFC and to celebrate the anniversary the UFC inaugurated its Hall of Fame, with Royce Gracie and Ken Shamrock as inaugural inductees. In addition, ten fighters were chosen by fans to receive a Viewer's Choice Award during the event; they were Royce Gracie, Ken Shamrock, Randy Couture, Tank Abbott, Mark Coleman, Pat Miletich, Marco Ruas, Dan Severn, Don Frye and Oleg Taktarov.

- Yves Edwards defeats Nick Agallar by technical knockout due to strikes at 2:14 of Round 2.
- Keith Rockel defeats Chris Liguori by submission due to a guillotine choke at 3:29 of Round 1.
- Pedro Rizzo defeats Ricco Rodriguez by unanimous decision. This was both men's final fight in the UFC.

- Robbie Lawler defeats Chris Lytle by unanimous decision.
- Though Tanner was initially dazed by a flurry of punches from Baroni, the fight was paused to allow the ringside doctor to check a cut over Evan Tanner's eye. After the fight was allowed to continue, a now stable Tanner utilized the clinch to land knees and eventually mount Baroni, landing several unanswered punches and elbows. At this point the ruling official, referee Larry Landless, believed that Baroni verbally submitted and called a stop to the match at 4:42 of the first round, ruling it a TKO, though Baroni openly protested the ruling afterwards and went so far as to throw a punch at Landless. Baroni would also later allege that Tanner's cutman began working on the aforementioned cut before the doctor could look at it, which is a violation of commission rules. Tanner asserted the cutman was given permission to work on the cut.
- Wesley Correira defeats Tank Abbott by technical knockout by doctor stoppage due to a facial cut caused by a knee at 2:14 of the first round. After the bout, a near riot between numerous members of both Abbott's and Correira's entourages ensued after Cabbage did his victory dance. Officials rushed the cage to quell the outbreak. A supporter of Correira even managed to slip past security and scale the Octagon walls to challenge Abbott before Chuck Liddell jumped between the two men. Abbott would avenge the loss to Correira at Rumble on the Rock 7, winning by knockout.
- In the evening's swing match, Matt Lindland defeats Falaniko Vitale by submission due to strikes at 4:23 of Round 3.
- Matt Hughes defeats Frank Trigg by submission due to a rear naked choke at 3:54 of Round 1 to retain the UFC Welterweight Championship.
