SNCF Class BB 20011
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The SNCF Class BB 20011 electric locomotives were built by Alsthom in 1986. The two locomotives, numbered 20011 and 20012 were the synchronous dual-voltage prototypes for Class BB 26000. They were rebuilt from the bodyshells intended for Class BB 22200 locomotives nos. 22379 and 22380.
The locomotives were rebuilt as standard Class BB 22200 locomotives in 1992, and renumbered to their original intended numbers of 22379 and 22380.
