Sap (1948-1990: Palkovičovo) (Hungarian: Szap) is a village and municipality in the Dunajská Streda District in the Trnava Region of south-west Slovakia. She has 540 population in 2001. %96.3 of population is Magyar.

In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1289.

The municipality lies at an altitude of 116 metres and covers an area of 12.578km². It has a population of about 541 people.
