I have begun using Wikipedia on 2 June 2005 and have enjoyed it as a quick source of information. I hope to use it as a method to document my interests which include flying, rock climbing, Michigan History and business. Currently, I'm working to help develop a combined Economics, Business and Finance portal to improve the organization of the topics.

I am currently the general partner of Endurance Ventures, a private equity firm in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I am also the chairman of EcoDuro which is a new generation of paper shipping pallet that is recyclable. I am on the boards of National Water & Power and 7th Online. I am a board member of Pennell Ventures and a Venture Partner for Silicon Alley Venture.

When I can, I enjoy rock climbing. I have been fortunate to learn from Jim Bridwell who has been very generous with his time to teach me how to climb big walls. With Jim I have climbed in Yosemite and have successfully climbed El Capitan and some fun climbs in Nortern Itally.

I am a PADI and NAUI SCUBA diver.

I have fly single engine airplanes and am part owner of a few airplanes in Ann Arbor, MI.
