The NAL Hansa is an Indian all-composite low wing tricycle gear two-seater general aviation airplane for flight training as well as personal flying [1].
[edit] Design and development
The Hansa (Sanskrit: हंस (swan)) was designed by the National Aerospace Laboratories of India. It has been certified by the DGCA and is being built by Taneja Aerospace and Aviation Limited (TAAL). It is being produced as a replacement of aging flight trainers of air clubs of India. The production variant made its first flight on May 14, 1999. Various flying clubs have taken deliveries of Hansa aircraft.
