Marvin Obando

Marvin Obando Obando (born April 4, 1960) is a former Costa Rican soccer player who played most of his career for C.S. Herediano. He also played for Deportivo Saprissa and C.S. Cartaginés.
He was part of the national team squad, that played in the 1990 FIFA World Cup held in Italy. The defender collected 51 caps (1 goal) for the "Tico's". He made his debut in 1980, competed at the 1984 Summer Olympics and played his last international on January 19, 1994 against Norway.
