Aly & AJ's single Like Whoa is the official second single of their new album. It is not a disney single as the song was not made specifically for a disney channel movie or tv show. Songs like Corbin Bleu's Run It Back Again is a disney single as is the HSM songs and Selena Gomez's Cruella De Vil. Just because it has not been added to any other stations or channels does not mean its a disney single. It is their official second single and Disney singles are in fact songs made specifically for Disney Channel movies. Using their songs for a movie is different than having a disney artist record a song made for the movie only. No One was recorded but later used in the movie Ice Princess. Another example of a Disney single would be the theme songs used for the different disney channel shows. You've indicated that the image is being used under a claim of fair use, but you have not provided an adequate explanation for why it meets Wikipedia's requirements for such images.
