Leopoldo Torlonia

Leopoldo Torlonia (1853-1918) was the Mayor of Rome from May 1882 to May 1887.[1]
He was the third duke of Poli and of Guadagnolo.[2]
He was deposed in 1887 by the Prime Minister Francesco Crispi for congratulating Leo XIII on his Jubilee.[3]
