Kouhei Hiramatsu (平松 康平 Kouhei Hiramatsu, born 19 April 1985 in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese football midfielder who currently plays for Japan Football League side F.C. Ryūkyū.

Hiramatsu worked his way through the S-Pulse Junior Youth and S-Pulse Youth academy systems before signing full time terms with the club for the start of the 1999 season.
