[edit] Fictional character biography
She is one of the most obscure New Gods, and one of the very few not created by Jack Kirby. Her history is comparatively minimal - about a dozen appearances, virtually all of them between 1977 and 1978 and only in pre-Crisis continuity. It has been revealed that she was once one of Granny Goodness students, but not if she was a Female Fury. Jezebelle was always depicted as being reluctant to kill, so when she was captured during a battle with New Genesis, she defected.
New Gods vol. 2 #1 (written by Mark Evanier) featured her death caused by one of Necromina's "morrow blocks", but she was later seen alongside other supposedly dead New Gods Forager and Highfather in the Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle limited series of 2006.
