Gayle B. Harrell (born 1943, Nashville, Tennessee) currently serves as a Republican member of the Florida House of Representatives representing the 81st district, where she has served since 2000.
Harrell has filed to run for Congress as a Republican in Florida's 16th congressional district against current Democratic Congressman Tim Mahoney. [1]

Gayle received her Bachelors degree in Spanish in 1964 from the University of Florida. She also received a Masters degree in Latin American History from UF as well.
