Estelle Harris (born April 4, 1932 in New York City), is an American actress. She is is best known for her supporting role as Estelle Costanza, George's (Jason Alexander) mother and Frank's (Jerry Stiller) wife on the long-running TV sitcom Seinfeld.

Harris often plays annoying, older women in television and movie roles. She has voiced such characters as Lula, the unruly talking enchanted sword from Dave the Barbarian, Mama Lipsky in Kim Possible, Muriel from The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (2005 & Present), Mrs. Potato Head in Toy Story 2 (1999), Old Lady Bear in Brother Bear (2003), Audrey the Chicken in Home on the Range (2004), and Death's Mother on Family Guy. Harris also played the pet sitter, Mrs. Boogins, in the movie Teacher's Pet. Furthermore, she appeared in an episode of Sabrina The Teenage Witch as the greeting lady for people entering the dead world.
Harris was a contestant on one of the episodes of The Weakest Link. She also appeared on the special Mother's Day episode of Whammy.
Harris was seen on iCarly as the old women who uses hearing aids and lives in the haunted room of 13B. She was first seen in the "Halloween" episode.
Harris appeared on Brad Paisley's music video for his single, Online, portraying Jason Alexander's mom in the video, alongside father, William Shatner.

Married to Sy Harris since 1953, Estelle is the mother of three, including disabled former New York City police officer, Taryn Harris.
Estelle and Sy Harris escaped injury after their car blew a tire and flipped twice outside of Los Angeles, California on September 20, 2001.
