Alexandra Szacka is the current CBC/Radio-Canada correspondent in Moscow. She was assigned there in Fall 2007. She replaced Nick Spicer.
Szacka's career began at Radio Quebec and has earned her numerous awards. She earned a master's degree in anthropology from Université Laval and is fluent in five languages: English, French, Spanish, Polish and Russian. She lived in Poland until age 15.
